you'll receive nothing but compliments with this pasta dish. it's very easy to make but your guests don't need to know that. it's a great side dish with herb chicken breast or can act as a main course if you add grilled chicken pieces

LOVED it! I didn't have the goat cheese but substituted a very small amount of feta instead. This will become a regular at our house!

I have made this recipe two times in the past month, and enjoyed making it and eating it. I basically followed the original recipe; however, because my husband would not eat goat cheese, I used riccotta cheese (may not be similar but it did the trick. I also added some crushed red pepper when making it the 2nd time, and it really spiced it up. I will be making this recipe again and again, and have already had requests for seconds from my dad.

My husband and I love this recipe, it's so easy and good! We do leave out the wine that the recipe calls for and just substitue with a little more pasta water.
I've made this several times, it just gets better and better!!

This is a great way to use up sundried tomatoes or goat cheese. But I wouldn't go to the store just for this dish. It needed something....I added crushed red pepper and chicken.

I have to say that I am baffled by the "no flavor" comments. This dish was packed with flavor. If you like goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes, you will LOVE this dish. I added an extra garlic clove (always do, red pepper flakes, and I did use the garlic & herb flavored goat cheese. I bought the 4-oz cheese package and used about 3 ozs (we love goat cheese around here. Also, my jar of tomatoes was only 8 oz. I think the recipe calls for more, but that was plenty. My husband said this was one of the best things I've ever made. It was delicious, like a restaurant meal. Thanks Giada!

If I could give this recipe 6 stars I would. It had an amazing flavor from the sun-dried tomatoes and the goat cheese which melted into the pasta and sauce. This is by far the best pasta recipe I have ever made. Another hit by Giada!
