I don't usually make recipes that I see on TV, because I figure it wont come out like they show you. But I saw this episode while sitting in a waiting room and thought it looked so good, that I was inspired to try it. I think the hardest part was buying all the ingredients at the grocery store (wasn't too hard, just had to ask for help with finding the cheese. It was so easy to make, my 4 year old daughters were able to help! It was so delicious! My kids didn't really like the peppers and olives, but my husband ended up eating most of it!

I made this calzone tonight for my family and it was a huge hit! The mixture of the roasted red peppers with the salami and the cheeses was a welcome change to traditional homemade pizza. I highly recommend trying it!

I made this for dinner last night and my husband and daughter loved it. You can make so many variations of this by stuffing the calzone with what ever you like. I made mine with ricotta, shredded moz, spinach and pepperoni. Delicious! Thanks Giada.

This was my first time ever making a calzone. I'm hooked!! I changed a couple things, using pepperoni and an Italian cheese blend. This couldn't have been easier and it doesn't take long to bake at all. You get home-made pizza goodness quick and without much effort!

Okay, so I didn't follow the exact recipe... I only had regular mozzarealla cheese and some leftover sausage from another getogether and it turned out really good! Buying pre-made pizza dough made this dish a breeze!

We LOVED this!! The combination of both kinds of cheese and the olives and roasted red peppers! YUM! We switched the salami for pepperoni - it worked well! I have never attempted calzone before and was nervous... but it came out well! Even my picky younger kids LOVED this! Thank You!! We love you Giada! We will definitely make this again!
