This was a good take on an "antipasto salad" however we found the dressing too oily for our taste and would cut back the olive oil to 1/2 cup if we make this again. We are not fans of asiago cheese but believe adding your own favorite ingredients and cutting back on oil may make the recipe worth a higher rating.

This salad has become a staple at all the parties I attend! Everyone loves it and is constantly asking me for the recipe. All of Giada's recipes are great and I especially highly recommend this one!

This was so good and easy to make. The dressing is very good, I used less oil and found it to be fine. I like the fact that you can add pretty much whatever you have or don't have on hand, I put in artichokes and cherry tomatoes. I would recommend either making just enough for one day or making more dressing as it quickly absorbs overnight.

Every time I make this salad everyone picks at the "good stuff" then eventually dives for the pasta! It's a crowd pleaser!

I've made this salad so many times and everyone always loves it (including the little ones at the table. I've served it along side homemade pizzas, sandwiches, or even by itself as a meal and someone always asks for the recipe. It's simple yet impressive. If you haven't tried it, you should - it's delicious!!

This pasta salad is pretty easy to make and tastes so yummy. I always double the amount of roasted red peppers and add in some chopped sundried tomatoes (the ones in olive oil as well. This recipe also works as a great base for a vegetarian salad too, just replace the salami and turkey with artichoke hearts and a small can of sliced black olives.

This is the best pasta salad I have ever made! I added chopped artichoke hearts and enjoyed the addition. The salad dressing is out of this world! I grow several varities of basil and used a combo of them for the dressing. Can not thank you enough for all your wonderful recipes.
