Glad we tried this if only for the tip on how to oven crisp prosciutto. We can think of several ways to use that! Otherwise this was good enough but not so good as to be a "keeper". Nice artichoke flavor shines through, though, and doesn't get "lost" with the beans and cheese. Go slowly for the extra salt - you won't need it all given the cheese and prosciutto.

I just made it for a dinner party and it was a hit. I did not use enough lemon, and it definitely needed the amt in the recipe to brighten it up...but even without it was a home run!

This is my new go to recipe for a delicious appetizer for company! I would not use as much salt as the recipe calls for - definitely taste and season as you go!

It had good flavor, but was not something that I will make again. It certainly didn't have an appealing appearance either.

We had this for a small party - it was easy to do - could be done in advance & it was a a crowd pleaser. I double the recipe - very easy to do.

Made this for co-workers and they loved it. When I make it next, I am going to use less cheese, and maybe just omit it all together, The prosciutto chips definitely complete the dish!

I'm a lazy SOB, so rather than mess with all the bean/artichoke stuff I bought some pre-made lemon pepper and artichoke hummus from the health food store and used that instead. It was amazing! Anything that gets crispy prosciutto bits on top gets my approval. One thing I did not skimp on was the bread. Gotta have the best bread for this. I bought a loaf of homemade rustic Italian bread from a local baker. When it came out of the oven it was so crunchy and satisfying. This is a great snack and I'll be making it over and over...
