Very delish! I made the dressing on the side and added just a few spoons full. Left the dressing on the side for anyone who wanted to add more. I made it once as the recipe stated, but it was way too oily and tart with all the dressing it calls for. I'm going to try it with red wine vinegar and fresh mozz, as someone else tried. Also, used bakery white bread from Panera. I made it for a dinner party, and we had no left overs!

This recipe is so good and incredibly easy. My family loved it! I made it exactly as the recipe states except for using green olives instead of black....

Tasty! Paired with the whole wheat spaghetti and stuffed pork chops.

So good!!! I also tweaked the recipe a bit and it was fabulous! Definitely filling enough for a meal by itself. I used sourdough bread instead of wheat, red wine vinegar instead of white, skipped the olives and added fresh mozz and a little fresh lemon juice. I also did not use as much olive oil as the recipe calls for. Overall, a great summer meal!

This dish is first of all easy to make. It is just as easy to eat. Each time I make it I don't want to share it with anyone. I make a meal out of the recipe and let my husband have the rest of the dinner.

I thought this was okay and my boyfriend hated it. I used Italian wheat bread, freshly made. My dog on the other hand loved this dish [she accidently got a hold of the food =] I served this with the pork chops stuffed with spinach and sun dried tomatoes which was delicious

Made this with fresh whole wheat croutons tossed in the olive oil. Family loved it. Super easy and quick too. A meal in itself when served over a bed of lettuce.
