BIG Giada fan but this was wayyyyy too salty! Use less...cheese is salty so very overpowering. I even used kosher salt. Make sure you use plain bread crumbs, not Italian, and frozen chokes if you can find them. Will give it another try with some changes.

So easy! Made a great side to our Florentine style steak. We only had a 12oz bag of artichoke hearts and it worked fine. Still had 4 large servings, the perfect amount. We had all the ingredients in our pantry, and I was surprised by how flavorful the dish was using only pantry / freezer items!

Easy, easy, easy! Great for the vegans in my life too. Also, love that I can halve the recipe. I didn't have Marsala, but subbed white wine tasted and looked great!

Well, I will be making this again to take to Thanksgiving gettogether, everybody loves it!! I don't add the pepper flakes, because nobody likes them much, but follow the rest of the recipe exactly.
