Giada uses arugula all the time on the show. This was the first time I've ever had it and I loved it! Couldn't get enough!!

I didn't think this salad was anything spectacular. The vinaigrette needed to be sweeter in my opinion.

I've been looking for a light vinaigrette with a bite but without feeling too heavy. This was perfect. A great pair with the arugula which has a strong taste of it's own. Both work nicely together without overpowering one another.

the dressing is wonderful and light! this salad is perfect to a heavier main dish. it is great if you are looking for a plain salad...the dressing really makes it!

I used leftover chicken instead in this recipe and it worked great.

I love Giada's recipes and I love making vinaigrettes from scratch. This was my first experience being disappointed with a homemade dressing. I found it to lack flavor and I followed the recipe exactly with a good white wine.

The salad was OK. the vinaigrette needed to be sweeter in my opinion. It was also very thin in consistency. I used chardonnay and I used dijon mustard-perhaps that was why I ended up adding 2 or 3 tsp of sugar. If I were to make it again (but I don't think I willit might be better to put more honey in it
