This was quick and easy. I just happened to have all of the ingredients on hand so I made it for lunch today. In less than 30 minutes, my husband and I were enjoying a a gourmet pizza at home. Thanks Giada!

This pizza was a yummy surprise and a wonderful new twist to a cheese pizza. I used ingredients I had on hand: Spinach and regular mozz. and the pizza was great! Light and refreshing, not loaded down with grease and heavy meats. Next time I think I'll add some mushrooms! Kids and hubby loved it too!

I made this for my husband and I , and we devoured it! The smoked mozzarella is a must and pairs so wonderfully with the arugula pesto. A definite must try.

I made this pizza last night and it was sooooo good. I substituted Arugula for Spinach and it worked great. The smoked mozarella is key in this recipe. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will be making it again soon!

I tried this pizza couple of weeks ago and although I liked it I found it a little bitter, I probably added too much arugula. I could not find smoked mozzarella so I used regular instead. I will definitelly give it another try using less arugula.

I made this pizza the other night for my family. I love the colors and a new way to use arugula. I have a couple picky eaters that cringe at the sight of anything green in their meal so I also made a plain cheese pizza for the kids. The kids tried the arugula pizza and loved it so much I never got a chance to have a second slice. It's our new family favorite! The smoked mozzarella really added to the flavor of this dish.

I made my very first pizza dough and tried this recipe for one of the pizzas. I grow my own herbs and used my own arugala. I couldn't pass up a recipe for this herb. I did make a few changes. I used regular, not smoked (I didn't have smoked cheese and I halved the recipe. No problem. I thought the arugula might be a little bitter, but it was not. Delicious! And pretty! I will have to try it with the smoked mozarella.
