I was surprised at how quickly this salad went together, it only took me about 15 minutes or so to throw it together. It was a great, healthy dinner. My wife raved about the dressing she thought it was the greatest. I did put a little sesame oil in the dressing because I read some of the other comments and thought it would be tasty. I will certainly be making this salad again, but as others have commented I may play with the flavoring of the dressing just to see what comes out.

I decided to serve this warm over rice, so I did not use lettuce or cabbage. INstead I steamed some veggies, and after reading some of the comments from others, I also spiced up the sauce, added garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and quite a bit of sriracha hot sauce. YUM.

The only thing I changed was to add more chicken....only because my husband and I like our salads that way. This recipe was awesome! Easy and wonderful.

This was by far the best salad!!! We loved it! I did not have the pepper or the thai basil and it was still delicious. The dressing was great and tastes just like it does in restaurants. I added another 1/2 tea of sugar. I think I will add some of the suggestions here next time, like the ginger. I love the fact that it is a complete meal. It is a healthy choice and tastes so good. My husband and myself ate the whole bowl. Lots of salad is good for you right? :

This was really good, however I did change it a little after reading the other comments. I used half the amount of soysauce and added sesame oil.

Nice quick meal. The dressing was rather bland and way to salty. Cut soy sauce by half and added grated ginger, a little minced garlic & some sesame oil.

Very simple, but tasty. I love the crunch of the chinese noodles in it. I've made this time and again for an enjoyable, light meal.

Tried this recipe today, and it was definitely good...however my daughter and I agreed that the dressing could be more flavorful and extra chicken would not hurt if you were using this for a meal. Noted some others added a bit of creamy peanut butter to the dressing...may try that. Also there was a suggestion of adding waterchestnuts for extra "crunch"...we are going to try that as well.
