    I wasn't quite sure what arrowroot was, so I looked it up. It said I can substitute 1 tbs of arrowroot with 1 tbs of cornstarch.

    I want to make these so bad! Especially after the reviews! I have everything I need to start baking except for the cookie cutters! I can't find the 3 inch and 2 inch round cutters anywhere. The only ones I've found is 2 3/4 inch and 1 3/4 inch. Which would make them 1/4 inch too small. Can anyone help me locate these cutters? Thanx so much....Happy baking everyone!

    I knew i had to make these as soon as I saw Giada make them. I had apples and used 2 chopped with sugar and cinnamon. They came out great and easy to eat. Lots of crust and a little apple. Who could ask for more?

    I watched the episode this morning and knew right away I had to make them. They were delicious!! The citrus combined with the strawberries and honey work together perfectly. I need to work on making sure they are sealed better, but I will make them again!!

    I made these and they are the perfect little sweet treat. My mini muffin pan measures 10 inches by 7.5 inches. Each muffin cup measures about 1.75 inches in diameter. I added a small dash of vanilla extract to the strawberry honey mixture with the arrowroot. Really yummy !

    These look delicious so I plan to make tonight, but wanted to know the size of mini-muffin pan she used... is it 1.75 x 5? That seems small...

    I cooked these after watching th episode. they turned out really well.
