It was real easy to make and quite tasty. I used Italian Sweet Sausage instead of Turkey (that's what I had. It was a great dish and our guests loved it. Will make it again for brunch's!

This recipe was SO Easy to follow and was a huge hit!! It was really moist and the cheesy crust was awesome! I substituted three egg whites rather than using 8 whole eggs and I was worried it may come out different, but it was delicious! Definitely will make again!

I haven't been too impressed with Giada's new show as the recipes seemed unpractical and too far away from her Italian roots. But I loved this one. So easy. My grocery store (Walmar!! didn't have Gruyere so I used Gouda instead. But you could easily use other cheeses as well. I think a spicy Mexican cheese blend would be nice. I also would suggest that you use spicy sausage. I used sweet Italian Turkey sausage. My kids liked that, but I like things a bit spicier. Nonetheless, this was a great recipe and my kids enjoyed having breakfast for dinner.
