I made this for a foody couple that my husband and I were having over for dinner. So yummy! I substituted fresh Salmon instead of halibut because halibut was out of season. The arugula salsa verde is yummy on lots of things! As a dip for warm crusty bread, most fish and chicken!

I really enjoyed this light, fresh, very green dish. It's certainly easy.

This was so delicious! My husband also loved it. It's so simple to make and that salsa verde adds a great kick to the fish. I modified the salsa slightly with just 3 tbsp of capers and still came out tangy. Saw Giada make this recently on FoodNetwork, thank you Giada.

I was very excited to make this. The salsa verde is tasty but the dish overall was very bland. The halibut was ridiculously expensive ($25 a pound. Overall I will probably not make again. The recipe also doesn't mention using a food processor to blend the ingredients of the salsa verde although the show does.

This was an excellent and bright recipe that has really become one of my go to favorites! I have used cod as a substitute when there isn't fresh and good looking halibut available!

Easy and tasty. I was also introduced to Hake as I couldn't find Cod...and Halibut was in the mid $20 range per lb. (ridiculous. Thank you Giada; this is the first recipe of yours that I've made (saw you do it on TV.
