I haven't tried this yet, but I will on Thanksgiving, with a couple of extra tricks of my own. This looks like a fun twist on an old faithful side dish!

These were so delicious! All my kids loved them. They were easy to make but a little time consuming. Yet sooo yummy and tasty!!:

These were so yummy! My daughter loved this episode and had so much fun assembling them. I had a difficult time getting them to maintain their shape so I will modify the next time I make them.

A homerun! For someone as busy as me with 3 kids it was a very creative, fun way to make a delicious meal. Everyone should try it.

I am afraid that lots of reviewers missed the point of the "kidz cooking" episode. Giada beautifully connected with the children, and as a retired kindergarten teacher, the final result is not to be reviewed by food critics. Thank you, Giada for understanding children so beautifully.

Mixed everything together including veggies and added 2 eggs to make sure they held together. They were adorable and yummy!

I am very happy with the flavor of these. I think I'll be making them all winter! I did add 2 eggs after reading the other reviews. I made the recipe in muffin cups as well as in a baking dish. It did hold the muffin shape but only after letting it cool a long time.

This is a fabulous idea in theory, but I've tried this recipe a few times and can't seem to get it to bind well enough to hold its shape for plating. Still delicious!

The kids had more fun making them then eating them.
