This is the most delicious way to make tomatoes and mozzarella. Yes it is a bit liquidy but still delicious. I have already made it twice since viewing it on the show.

I make this as a side dish without the bread all the time! Never made caprese anything before I did this so was pleased at how easy it is! Very delicious!!

The flavors were delicious in this dish- It was a bit watery from the tomatoes, even after letting them rest on papertowels. Next time, I will let them set longer and drain 1/2 way through baking as someone else suggested.

This is just as amazing as it sounds. My husband gets so excited when he sees me making it! The only problem is that the success of this dish depends heavily on the quality of the ingredients. Once I made this using regular white bread and not-so-ripe tomatoes....let's just say, it wasn't the same (although still pretty darn good.

Excellent! My family, who by the way do not like tomatoes, ate this up like it was the best thing I have ever cooked. I'm Italian. I love basil & mozarella but never thought about heating up this great salad...This is the best!!!! I will cook it up again, especially since tomatoes are now in season.
