This is a keeper. I added a little pre-cooked chicken slices. So good!

I cooked this with my brother for my family and his girlfriend at the beach. I was a little worried when I saw "serving size: 6" because that meant only one plate full for each person. But after we cooked it and set it out, we got at least twice that many servings.

Everyone loved it, even the youngest of our family (an avid hater of vegetables. I plan on making this a regular recipe in my repertoire. Thanks Giada!

This was by far one of the easiest and best tasting pasta dishes I have had in quite some time. I didn't have Summer Squash on hand, so that was omitted, but I followed the rest of the recipe by the book and it was terrific. I made myself sick trying to eat more than I should have. This would be a perfect dish during lent season and cutting it in half would make a perfect side dish. Will make this one many, many times again!

I didn't have Fontina cheese so I mixed provolone and goat cheese instead and it was YUM-E! Even our 9 month old baby loved this one!
I will make this again and again! I loved that there are a TON of vegetables in this!

We absolutely love this dish! Like something you might get in a nice Italian restaurant.

My best friend made this for us. Yum. We Topped it with cooked chicken the last 5 minutes of baking. It was DELICIOUS!
I am going to try this with whole wheat pasta and turkey sausage tomorrow!

My family and I agreed this dish was a little dry. We had tons of left overs so a few nights later I put some in a small single serving dish and baked it for about 10-15 minutes. It was SOO good!

People request I make this one all the time. You can also add your own elements to it if you want to change up the flavor a bit. Crowd pleaser and you can make in advance,
