Great dinner! Absolutely delicious. We added more fontina and mozzarella (almost double and spread it within the pasta and on top. Everyone loved it. Looks so colorful on the plate.
Makes a huge amount so leftovers were just as yummy.

This dish is delicious and easy! I never review recipes (bad or good, but simply had to take the time to give this one 5 stars!! As others stated, its so good right out of the oven and just as scrumptious leftover. I used whole grain pasta and grated the cheeses myself. I will definately be making this again - probably this week!!

Really flavorful vegetarian recipe. Easy to make and tastes great leftover. Hearty with the cheese and I use whole wheat pasta. Have made multiple times. I was given a dish similar to this when I had my baby from a friend. She brought it to me in the morning and I baked that evening. Worked perfect for that!

this was a fun, exciting dish to make! i am having left overs as we speak. everyone loved it the only thing i did diffidently was add some chicken into it during the mixing process - other than that it was an amazing recipe, if you are interested in it u should defiantly try it :]

this is delicious!! my fiance loved it - after admitting he wasn't excited that i was trying this recipe, probably because it had the word "vegetable" in it. the veggies smell delicious when they are roasting with the italian seasonings. it is a very straight-forward recipe. i left out the mushrooms because we don't like them, and i followed some of the other reviewers that said to cover it in the oven for half the bake time and uncover for the last half. it was so tasty and great again for lunch. i had a co-worker follow me outside asking what it was because it smelled so good. can't wait to make this for company!

This is the best baked pasta I've made. The veggies help keep it tasting light. I will definitely make this again. I think that olives would be a nice addition next time. It made a full pan and I halved the veggies. I can't imagine the quantity if I'd made all of them. Thanks, Giada, for a winner!

This was excellent. I cut the recipe in half and still had a lot of food! Again, great flavor and easy for a rookie cook, like me.

This is by far one of my most favorite pasta recipes. This dish is not only easy to make, but also very pretty. It's one of my standard go-to when I have company over and often will add a protein to it (chicken or italian sausage.

Judging from everyone elses comments, I must have done something wrong. It smells fabulous but does not taste the way it smells. I was so disappointed with this dish. I actually made it again thinking that I did something wrong the first time and it was still not good. Maybe it's me but this is the 2nd dish I made of Giada's and it didn't taste good. I must be a sucker but I believe she is a great chef and I want to try another one of her recipes, but I'm going to be skeptical.
