    On accident I added more cheese then I was suppose to but it still turned out great. You won't even miss the meat in this dish.

    I have made this recipe twice and it has been a hit at my house and the next day is just as delicious! I will definitelly be making this dish many more times. Thanks Giada...I love your recipes!

    This was very tasty and is relatively simple to make. I'm a novice cook and decided to make something for my friend. Next time I'll be sure to chop some of the items smaller than the recipe calls for.

    This went together in nothing flat and tasted like I worked all day! I added cubed egplant and it worked beautifully.

    The smoked mozerella smells wonderful when is cooking! My husband thought I was cooking sausage, and boy was he surprised. We ate off of this dinner for a week. It was absolutely delicious.
