I made this recipe the same day that I saw it on TV and it was absolutely delicious! Very easy to prepare but it tastes like it took longer. Very hearty vegetarian meal. My husband and I both loved it. Thank you Giada! :

My family thought I was the gormet cook, it was great. I served this with chicken parm. and mushroom parm. It was a hit.

Loved this dish, my husband would like to have this dish again so that is a good sign since he is such a picky eater. Used spaghetti noodles and the meal was outstanding. Served with Rachel Ray's husband citrus fish and garlic bread.
