I have made this for my friends and family many times. I have found the prosciutto is tasty, but expensive, so I use a boiled, seasoned ham instead. This is a easy meal for a bunch of people!

Siempre intentaba preparar la salsa bechamel pero no me quedaba igual q en los restarantes hasta q intente esta receta y me di cuenta que debia colocarle prosciutto y no jamon como usualmente lo hacia.
Es uan receta super sencilla y divina.

I cut the recipe in half but forgot to cut the Fontina cheese in half so it was extra cheesy! My husband and 5 year old daughter couldn't get enough. I cut back on the proscuttio but it was still great. The fontina kind of smells bad to me but tasted wonderful.

I made this dish as a weeknight pasta bake....my whole family enjoyed the food. I used smoked fontina and it gave the dish a great smoky taste.

Its just the best comfort food ever, we make this every Christmas now to go with whatever we have, it's everyday easy but fits well with fancy too. This is my favorite food.
