    Giada,
I usually am intimidated by your recipes but this one was a winner. My husband loves fried chicken but I decided to try this one since he also has a sweet tooth and he loved it! He just had to smell it cooking and was asking me when it would be done. Thanks for the ease of this recipe, I watch your show all the time and will be trying more recipes like this one in the future.

P.S. We are in the midst of a Nor'easter with blizzard conditions along with it being Super Bowl weekend so I'm set with my menu for the next 2 days.

Prepared my marinate ingredients overnight and added the chicken before I left for exercising. Followed the baking instructions when I got back and wow ... absolutely divine. So tender and oh!... so delicious. My family loved it.

I have a 4, 7, and 9yo. This was a great dish that was easy to put together on a school night. Followed directions to the word although I let the chicken marinate most of the afternoon in the fridge. Served with steamed brocc. and white rice. The kids had no complaints and there were no leftovers. A keeper :o Although it is not an OMG dish I gave it an excellent rating because of the ease of prep. and great taste.

This was super good I only had time to leave them for and hour but they were still great. I was worried after reading some of the other comments i might smoke up my house but if you turn the fan on over your stove it wont be a problem. I had left over sauce and I put it on a hot dog after work and even that was good!

although my family wasnt big on the vinegar taste, the chicken was very moist and flavorful. it all comes down if you like balsamic vinegar or not , and my family are not big fans but they still liked it so i guess its pretty good [:

I have made these for 2 years for events in the neighborhood and I always get a great review. In fact some of our neighbors are getting together for a boxwood party and I have been asked to make these again. Yummo.....

This was well-received t at my husband's birthday party. I used wings in addition to drumettes and marinated overnight, doubling the marinade recipe even though I used about 3-4 times the amount of meat. It turned out very well (skin was a bit too dark for my liking and clean up was easy with parchment paper (instead of foil.

I reduced the sauce for at least 25 minutes to get it to Giada's thick consistency and just poured it over the meat and mixed to coat the wings and drumettes. I didn't use the sesame or parsley garnish this time, but look forward to that enhancement the next time I use this recipe!

I was running late so I had to adjust the directions. No time to marinate, so I seasoned the wings & drummettes with salt and pepper then baked. I mixed up the marinade then cooked on the stove to reduce. Placed the chicken in a gallon-sized ziplock bag, then added the marinade. At the stadium, we grilled the chicken just enough to get a char and even more crispiness. Loved it!
