    I was prepared to love these based on the other reviews. I followed the directions exactly, but the ganache tastes like just plain dark chocolate - I couldn't taste the balsamic at all. I did not finish making the truffles and the ganache is back in the fridge. I may try to add more vinegar and see if that works, but I was really disappointed as I thought this would be a unique and interesting truffle.

    I took these to work for a fun treat and they were gone before noon! Everyone keeps asking me to bring more and it's been months since I took them.

    These are so delicious - and just unique enough to be more special than the usual truffle. These are for holiday gift giving!
