I saw Giada make this recipe and I wanted to try it. The salmon
just with the olive oil and salt and pepper is delicious. I served
the sauce on the side and it was also delicious. Thanks Giada! The
recipe is so easy to make.

I followed the recipe to a "T" and usually I'm very pleased with Giada's recipes... plus we are healthy eaters... The salmon was perfectly cooked according to her directions, but the vinegar sauce had a strong "bite" (and i love vinegar. i reduced mine for over 15 minutes, but next time I'd add more maple syrup or some sugar. The vegies are just ok. Sorry, didn't love this one.

VERY GOOD! Didn't have everything I needed for my usual glaze, so I ran to the computer and found this one. Family said it may be their new favorite. Simple and quick....my way of cooking.

Very good. Used fresh wild caught sockeye. Had no dijon in the fridge, so I substituted with sriracha chile sauce instead. Added a nice zing to glaze. Also didn't have soy beans nor sugar snaps (2 kids under 2 and the wife works late so you make do. So I roasted garden grean beans, oninos and red bell pepers then served the fish over a bed of saffron basmati. My 19 month old boy loved it too.

It was good - the balsamic vinger stunk up the kitchen. Not the best thing I ever ate but it was good.

Made this tonight and it couldn't have been easier! Served with un-shelled edamame and sweet potato fries. Quick and delicious!

I used steelhead trout instead of salmon & it came out great. Nice sauce. Enjoyed this dish. I used sugar snap peas, mange tout & the shelled edamame beans, delicious!
