Very, very good!!! The balsamic glaze was delicious, just the right of sweet to cut through the acid. I love edaname and it was great to find a recipe that incorporated them in this way. Definitely a meal that I will make over and over again.

Awesome, easy week night meal. It was so simple and quick to put together! The salmon and glaze are so tasty and the veggies become very flavorful from the shallots and garlic. The entire meal is very healthy too, Thank you Giada!!

Absolutely delicious! I made the glaze and salmon exactly as the recipe and served over wasabi mashed potatoes with sweet peas on the side. It was "to die for"! Incredible blend of flavors with the sweet & tart balsamic glaze and just an occasional wasabi "punch" of flavor in the mashed potatoes (also added fresh garlic, butter, and sour cream in the potatoes. I will definitely add this to my favorite recipes!

Really tasty and easy to make! I used green beans instead of the sugar snap peas and edaname. Turned out great!

Wonderful week night recipe! My 3 year old ate all of hers and half of mine. She loves salmon, the vinegar glaze and the edemame are wonderful for kids! Thanks, Giada, for the food you cook since Jade has gotten older. I can see the kid friendly side to so many dishes. I made the glaze the night before when I was cleaning up dinner dishes. Cook it until it looks like syrup for your pancakes. I had the rest of the meal done in about 12 minutes.

Great quick recipe! I added a lil sugar to the glaze, just what it was missing! We aren't big on fish so I used a sqeeze of lemon on fish w E.V.O.O before baking and that kept fish moist. Great glaze for chicken too if u hate fish w sum rice n veggies. Try a pinch or two of sugar or honey n the glaze while simmering, makes all the difference to have a lil sweet w tang n acid from lemon!

An all around perfect recipe. Made it in the order she did on television (sauce on, fish in, finish sauce while veggies on and it took exactly 25 minutes with prep.

Tried this last week, loved it, and making it again tonight! My husband really doesn't like fish, so finding a recipe that he enjoys is a challenge. He LOVED this recipe! It's definitely a keeper! I didn't do the veggies. Instead served it with some roasted asparagus and couscous. Next time I will try the edamame and snow peas.

I thought that this meal would be a bt more flavorful, but I think I may have pulled the basalmic glaze a little soon off the stove. It was still missing a little something, a certain depth of flavor. Adding a bit of honey would help the glaze be a bit more interesting. The sugar snap peas were a bit too crunchy...even though I cooked them in the pan for longer than what the recipe called for. The edamame was delicious, although they are good on their own. The salmon also took longer to cook than the indicated time. Overall, I expected this recipe to be better....
