These muffins are great and easy to make. I substituted with wheat flour and splenda and they came out delicous. I didn't make the frosting either and they are moist enough without it.

These muffins are great just the way they are, however, I dont use the frosting I have made them many many times. This time I divided the batter in half and made half with chocolate chips. They were delicious.

These are the best banana muffins I have ever tasted! And I don't even really love bananas. They have just enough banana flavor, not too overpowering and I used one extra banana. Very easy to make! Love these, think they'll become a family favorite, my two year old loves them!

This recipe is perfect for those very brown about to throw away bananas in your kitchen. I think it has a perfect balance of flavor and texture if you do not sub out ingredients like other reviews. I will most definitely be making these muffins again. You really dont even need the icing if you are in a hurry to eat!

When I first tried these out of the oven, they lacked a bit of flavor. But this morning, they were delicious. I did sub apple sauce for oil and cut the sugar in half, but to my taste, it was great. I did not make the frosting. Instead I sprinkled cinnamon, brown sugar, and a dusting of chocolate on top. It was fine.

I got 30 regular sized muffins out of this batter! My kitchen smelled so yummy and my 3 year old loved the muffins. I left some without frosting which were fab, and I did make a peanut butter frosting for the rest of them! Definitely try this if you are a banana lover. Next time I'm adding mini chocolate chips to the batter! This one's a keeper for sure.

Didn't get as far as frosting these muffins as we ate them up as soon as they were out the oven. Used cooking spray instead of paper cups and they came out very easily. This recipe is a keeper.
