Most of my friends hate 'banana baked anything'. They loved the banana muffins. The muffins were moist, sweet and not too much of a banana taste. The frosting was also to their liking,
but I refused to tell them the ingredients for the frosting.

Not only were these the most fabulous muffins I ever had, the recipe also made a terrific banana bread. Even after tiem in the freezer, the bread was incredibly moist and delicious!

I made these muffins for company coming in and everyone loved them. I did have to substitute cream cheese for the marscapone in the icing and it turned out fine. Thanks Giada for another great recipe!

Very, very good recipe. I did change it for high altitude, but that's it.

i don't know what happened, but i tried to make the marscapone frosting two times and each time it looked lumpy and did not taste good. luckily the muffins were good on their own, but i was looking forward to the frosting.
