    I loved these muffins. I did not use the Mascarpone Cheese in the Frosting and they were still great. I liked having the walnuts on top rather then in the muffins.

    I just made these muffins and yes, they were very good. But, it made way too much batter. I filled up 18 muffins (very full and still had batter left over. I could probably have stretched it to 24 muffins. Maybe my tins were too small? I also thought there was too much sugar and I probably could have left out half of the sugar.

    Although my husband and I don't eat bananas, I still decided to try the recipe. So glad I did!! From the first bite we were hooked. They are so yummy. And the mascarpone cream is so light it compliments the banana muffin. Thanks Giada for this delicious recipe!

    My family are not muffin lovers but this recipe changed that. These are the best muffins I have ever fixed and the frosting was terrific. Nothing but rave reviews and the only questions is when they can have more.
