Simply LOVE this soup. Hubby and family do too. I dont cook it in the summer but is a great Fall/Winter meal with some fresh made bread. I usually have to double the receipe. Not hard to make and pretty quick

Incredibly delicious and hearty soup. I make it along with vegetable soup in the fall/winter time to heat up. The only I changed is I put potatoes in instead of beans, and just as hearty. Very delicious soup!

Love love love. the kids were skeptical the first night but the second night they had no other choice but to try it and there were no complaints. Im trying to break them of their chicken noodle soup redundancy. This recipe is a keeper.

This reminds me of the Pasta e Fagioli from Olive Garden. I used a full pound of beef, extra carrots & celery and I finely diced the celery. I also added some small pasta. I used the "Kitchen Basics" brand broth. Next time I will try the Rachel Ray brand as another reviewer suggested. I will also add more tomato paste, it turned out a little too soupy for me. Also I suggest added more spices - maybe the herbs de provence? This was a great recipe you just need to doctor it up a bit to your liking.

This is awesome : I used one pound of Italian sausage, doubled the carrots/celery and added 8oz of ditalini pasta. It's a family favorite!

Very tasty, nice and simple with great flavor. Only thing I changed was used a full pound of hamburger and increased the carrots and celery since veggies are a fav of ours~

Delicious!!! My sons and husband all loved it! I did read the reviews and used one pound of beef, added additional celery and carrots as well. I did use crushed tomatoes one of the times. The third time I made it, I had some fresh baby spinach and added it till it wilted........a wonderful addition! I have made it once with ditalini pasta.......it is a great soup to change up!
