Amazing! I followed other reviewers advice and added more garlic as well as cooked up extra manicotti- you can fill 7-8 more. Was able to make an extra dish for my in-laws. They and my husband absolutely loved it! I'll be making this again!

My husband LOVED it! Building my recipe book Thanks to you!! Now I'm using the leftover meat/cheese mixture for stuffed banana peppers and making sub sandwhiches! YUM!

FABULOUS! I used a little less onion, a little more garlic & traded the ground beef for bison. It's less than half the fat of beef with more iron & natural flavors. My new go-to recipe!

I thought it was very tasty, but then I used my homemade Lasagna sauce for the sauce. It was a little thicker.

Quick, easy and tasty. I will eliminate the salt next time and will probably uses a mixture of beef and hot Italian sausage. Also, it needs way, way, way more garlic!

This recipe isn't bad, but there has to be a way to make the beef in the filling more flavorful--it's a little bland.

This is now my "go to" manicotti recipe!! Have made it several times and it is hands down the best I've ever made or eaten. Whenever I make sauce I freeze a batch specifically to have on hand to make this recipe. The only change I've made is using It. sausage for half the ground beef for the added flavor. And don't leave out the dots of butter on top it really does make all the difference. Thanks Giada!!
