This is really good! Came out perfect and wasn't difficult to make. Very cheesy, which I like but I'm wondering if I would like it better without the beef. Just a thought...

I wasn't too excited about this recipe when I prepared it because the ingredients seemed so simple and mundane however, the manicotti were truly luxurious and yummy when prepared as written just like most of Giada's recipes!

Loved it, super tasty. I have always just used the manacotti recipe off of the back of the box...this was so much better. Cooking the noodles as per her instructions made them so easier to work with. May add some spinach next time, but other then that, won't change a thing!

I just made this and it was delicious! The other reviewers are correct, though. You need to really season the meat and cheese mixture well, more than indicated. I added sauteed mushrooms, Italian Seasoning and a mixture I always have on hand (salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Next time I am going to try Italian sausage.

I made this dish for my dad and younger brother and they LOVED it! They're normally a hard crowd to please but they couldn't stop raving about this dish. Instead of using ricotta cheese I used cottage cheese and I also switched the marinara sauce with Giada De Laurentiis creamy tomato pasta sauce which I got from my local Target. I also added Italian bread crumbs to my beef mixture when I seasoned it. I will definitely make this dish again

My husband is a very VERY picky eater and finding a recipe he loves is very far and few between! I used 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 italian sausage because I'm not a huge "burger" fan and it turned out great. He LOVED it and I had extra to share with friends (who loved it too. He liked it so much he will not let me share the extra anymore and there's only two of us. Thanks bunches!

Amazing! I followed other reviewers advice and added more garlic as well as cooked up extra manicotti- you can fill 7-8 more. Was able to make an extra dish for my in-laws. They and my husband absolutely loved it! I'll be making this again!
