Delicious - easy and my entire family loved it! We don't eat a lot of red meat so I always substitute ground turkey.

OMG this was INCREDIBLE! I actually did not find it to be that labor intensive as so many people have said!! The only thing I changed was that I used dried parsley instead of fresh and I omitted the butter! I used an organic Marinara Sauce from Whole Foods. My husband couldn't get enough of this! Giada you're the best :

The entire family loved this dish. I also added spinach to the mixture--a great way to get the kids to eat more veggies. Next time I'll use the ziploc bag piping method, as a small spoon makes more work than needed.

Tried this last night and it was a hit. Manicotti is a regular dish in our household but usually I only make it with cheese. I made this pretty much according to directions EXCEPT I used two full jars of Classico Tomato and Basil pasta sauce rather than marinara, and I added some of the ground beef mixture (I made more than the recipe to the sauce. It was very tasty, and everyone loved it. I served it with a salad and warm crusty bread. Tip: I use a large zip lock bag with the corner snipped off to "pipe" the filling into the manicotti. Makes it a breeze.

Holy frijoles!!! This was an outstanding dish and pretty darn fun to make! Everyone raved about it. Two manicotti will satisfy the average appetite. I simply adore Giada and am rarely disappointed with any recipe I've tried!

I made this recipe for the first time for my Italian mom, and she loved it!! It was full of flavor. I would definately make this again.
I know it was good because my mom asked me for the recipe.

Although the prep time is a little more involved than I'd prefer the taste is worth the preparation. I mix 1/2 Italian sausage and 1/2 ground beef. It's GREAT. There's plenty of stuffing left over. After the pasta is placed in the pan I spread the remaining stuffing on top and add cheese and stewed tomatoes. SO DELICIOUS!!!!!
