The recipe is as easy to make as Giada makes it look!

I served this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit. The shells took a little time "stuffing" but it was worth it in the end. Everything blended very well and it was very cheesy. Creates a nice aroma while baking. I will serve this again.

this was a great recipe, we really enjoyed it. i added more marinara sauce so it wouldn't be too dry. i will definitely make this one again and try more of Giada's recipes.

I think that your stuffing was coming out dry because you were draining the fat off of your meat. If you buy a low fat ground beef or use extra mozzarella cheese then the filling should be very creamy. I liked this recipe. Stuffing the tubes without an instrument is a pain in the butt.

The directions were very clear and easy to follow. This dish was absolutely delicious and gave my family both all the pasta and cheese they crave as well as the meat to really make it satisfying. This recipe will continue to be a favorite in my home. Thanks Giada!

I hate to say this - because I just love all of her dishes. However, I was not very impressed with this one. I can't really put my finger in the exact problem - it was just a bit bland and boring. The meat seemed to overwhelm the dish and there wasn't enough flavor to it. My husband did like this dish, I guess I was just expecting something fabulous (like the stuffed shells she made in this episode...yum!

My husband and I were both very impressed. It even got two "yum yums" from our toddler which is a feat.

My family loved it! A little messy to make, but if you know that going into it, it is no big deal. The kids went crazy over thiso noe!
