Although the prep time is a little more involved than I'd prefer the taste is worth the preparation. I mix 1/2 Italian sausage and 1/2 ground beef. It's GREAT. There's plenty of stuffing left over. After the pasta is placed in the pan I spread the remaining stuffing on top and add cheese and stewed tomatoes. SO DELICIOUS!!!!!

It was ok, the meat and cheese filling was kind of bland, and just plain marinara sauce? If I decide to try this recipe again, I will have to tweak it a bit.

Deeeee-lish! I made this the first time yesterday for my neighbor who just had a baby and she texted me after and raved about it! I did use half mild italian sausage and half ground beef, and it had an amazing taste. I think just ground beef would be great too, but I just love italian sausage : At any rate, I will be making this again and again, Thanks Giada!!

I made this for my boyfriend and his family and everyone loved it. I used Italian sausage instead of the groundbeef and a little more sauce then the recipe called for other then that I did everything else the same. This was so easy I will definitely be making this again.

This is my first time making manacotti, this was a very easy but very delicious recipe. It was extremely good and I would add more sauce in my opinion. I used a ziplock bag and cut a hole to fill them it I found it easier to stuff them.

This is a recipe I pull out whenever I'm wanting to impress.

Great to prep up early and throw in the oven when entertaining.

This is amazing! My family is on a sort of health kick, so I replaced some of the meat with turkey, and no one noticed! It's very easy and tastes great!
