I made this last night and it turned out okay. I still like it better without the beef. My fiance agrees with me. This beef and cheese manicotti turned out a little bit dry. You may want to add more marinara sauce on top of it.

My family enjoyed this meal. It was real easy to make tasted great when it was time to eat. This was the first time I have ever had manicotti with a meat sauce and was pleasantly suprised. This is a recipe I will keep when manicotti is on the menu at our house!!! Enjoy!!!

This was a fairly easy recipe to follow. The ingredients were easy to find at the grocery store. The preparation was a little time-consuming, but the overall result was just fabulous! My dinner guests were delighted at the meal I prepared for them. It was a last minute dinner party, but I managed to get it done with the help of this recipe!

This is the first recipe I have ever tried from this site. It was soooo good. Time consuming, but good. I did have to use my hands in order to fill the shells (a little messy but much more easier than trying to use a spoon I will definatly make this again. Thanks Giada!!!!!

I had good luck with this recipe. I even had my little sister break her diet and eat a helping. The only problem I had with it was my wife wasn't too crazy about the ricotta cheese texture. She just wasn't use to ricotta.

easy and flavorful pasta dish! i didn't know that manicotti was this easy to make. the ground beef added that extra "something". this is perfect for a midweek dinner because it's so simple to make.

This recipe hit the spot with my family. The only thing that i can recommend to make it easier is to put the filling into a big ziploc bag and snip and nice sized hole in the bottom corner and then use that to fill the manicotti. It's much easier than trying to spoon it in or force it in with your fingers. Thanks for another great recipe!

I saw this recipe on Giada's show and rushed to make it the next day. With a one-year-old baby I found it challenging to complete all the steps of the recipe at one time, so I split it up into baby-friendly segments. I grated the cheese and cooked the meat and onions, then put it all in the fridge until I could finish later. My husband and I packed up the baby and the manicotti and headed to my parents' house, where both received rave reviews!! It's now two weeks or so later and I'm about to pull my second batch of this lovely dish out of the oven. It smells so good! Can't wait to dig in!!

I used part skim milk ricotta and ground turkey breast to make this recipe with fewer calories. My family loved it!
