I used part skim milk ricotta and ground turkey breast to make this recipe with fewer calories. My family loved it!

I am tasting the fruits of my labor right now. I say my labor because it took me forever to fill the manicotti shells. I just do not have a talent for it and ended up using my hands, which made it really easy but really messy! This dish is so beautiful when it is done. The cheese was golden and the sauce was bubbly. I love it!

This is by far the best italian dish I have ever had! I thought it was fun to make and not at all difficult. It made the house smell so good and it looked just beautiful when it came out of the oven. My husband and I could not stop eating it, even though we were so stuffed. Thanks for a wonderful recipe, I can't wait to make it again and again.

I fixed this recipe for me and my husband. It definately made enough to feed a crowd- and it kept in the fridge for several days. I will defintately fix this one again.

This is the best Italian dish I've ever made. My family loved it. It tasted (and looked like it was made by a fine Italian chef. The only changes I made was that I used the filling in shells instead of the manicotti... but the flavor was the same, fantastic. This will be the next dish I bring to a "pot luck" dinner. Thank you Giada.

This was a little time-consuming, but not hard at all. And the payoff was great. The flavor was rich and creamy and so very good. I'll be making this again. Can't wait to try it on the rest of my family.

I made this recipe 2 days after seeing the show. My picky-picky husband and Mom absolutely loved it.
