This dish was a bit time consuming, but it was worth it in the end. It made a great weekend dinner and tastes somewhat similar to lasagna

Wow...This recipe was so easy and so delish! The key to simplifying this recipe is preparation. I had everything prepared before hand and that made cooking this meal super easy.

THIS TAKES A LITTLE MORE TIME TO DO [STUFFING THE MANICOTTI] BUT IT'S WELL WORTH IT. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MARINARA ALREADY MADE, ALL THE BETTER. GIADA'S TIPS TO COOK PASTA AL DENTE & PLACE THEM ON AN OILED COOKIE SHEET TO COOL IS INVALUABLE. THIS IS A KEEPER.... NOT ONLY TASTES GREAT, MAKES AN IMPRESSIVE DISH FOR GUESTS! MMMMMMMM!
