I give this recipe 6 out of 5 stars, absolutely fabulous. Pain in the butt for one person, but my hubby helped and from start to finish, 2 hours. I disagree that the recipe needs more marinara, it was perfect! My hamburger package was 1.2 lbs, I shook a few generous sprinkles of cayenne in the hamburger mix. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly... crazy good!

I just made this for my son for his 26th birthday. He said it was awesome. I used Barilla spicy marinara sauce. Instead of sprinking cheese on the top, I used the mix of cheeses. I also added provolone in the mix of cheeses.

Delicious! I made it for my husband, and he said it was the best he's ever had. I used more sauce than it called for, and I will definitely use italian sausage next time! Yum!

My first attempt at making stuffed manicotti. I used Italian sausage with a touch more marinara. Wonderful recipe for an easy supper for company added with a salad and garlic bread.

This was simply the best manicotti I've ever had!!!! And my mom, best friend, and brother all agreed. We paired it with some garlic bread and it was wonderful. Highly recommended!! I added cilantro to the meat, and, by mistake, put more mozzarella cheese in the filling than was necessary but it was still amazing! I used Bertolli Marinara sauce too which I also recommend. 5 stars for Giada!

Awesome! I made this dish for my boyfriend and he loved it. I also included some spicy italian sausage for an extra kick.

Great recipe! I ended up doubling it and instead of using another pound of ground beef, I used mild italian sausage- added alot of flavor. Also to my ricotta mixture, I added a good pinch of nutmeg. Do it in my lasagna too and it really adds something. Even better the next day!
