This recipe is awesome! Even my husband loved it (he used to work at olive garden and now is just tired of Italian food. A little trick for stuffing the manicotti: put the stuffing into a gallon size zip lock bag, cut a hole about an inch or so wide on one of the corners and then pipe it into the manicotti shells. So much easier this way! Also, wish I would have added more sauce on top before putting the cheese on to bake. I did not use store bought sauce, made my own.

Excellent and easy to make! I made dinner for my parents for the first time and this turned out perfect. Being that it was so close to Christmas, I couldn't find manicotti shells so I just used jumbo shells. I also added red pepper flakes to the ground beef.
They both went back for seconds so it was a success!

Very good, takes a bit of work stuffing but worth it. Next time I would make them a day ahead then just pop them in oven. Will definately make again. I did have quite a bit of stuffing left enough to make another batch.

Yum! My family loved this dish! They are not big on leftovers but the next day they were asking me to reheat what was left. While it took time to make this recipe, it was still easy to do and so worth it. My husband is still talking about it! It will definitely be a regular at my house!

An absolute favorite in my house!! My children love it. Since I have not attempted to make homemade marinara I have found the Bertolli Vineyard Marinara is wonderful on this.

This has been a staple in our house for at least a year. I just forgot to review it. Great recipe but like most dishes like it, it all comes down to the quality of your ingredients. Suggestion: don' t skimp on the marinara. Get the best, even if it is expensive. I once went through all the trouble of making Giada's Lasagne Rolls then used cheap sauce and all of my hard work went down the drain. Same thing is true here.

Made this the other night for my family of six! It was so yummy and everyone loved it. I made about 21 manicotti and used about 1.5 lbs of ground beef and it was just the perfect ammount. Very yummy dish!!

Delicious and easy! Used Italian sausage instead of ground beef. Full of flavor.
