Phenomenal burger! I added some dried Italian seasoning, fresh grated parmesan, and some egg beaters to bind.......wow! Will definitely be making this again.....thanks Giada!

I was absolutely delighted when I saw mushrooms and arugula in this recipe, and seeing them in between two buns with a giant beef patty was even better. This burger is nothing short of delicious. To spice up the mayonnaise sauce a bit, I added a dash of tabasco and dried oregano. I also sauteed some onions and added that to the arugala, which, by the way, MADE this burger. I would suggest using smaller portions of meat, it might have just been me, but I had a hard time getting the meat to cook through fully. Like most of Giadas recipes, this one was yummy yummy yummy! and ill be sure to make it again.

For such a simple burger, what an awesome taste. It had to be the mushroom's and the garlic mayo. Suprisingly, one burger was all I could eat.Very filling. A keeper

My Husband and I just love these burgers! By far, one of the BEST burgers I've made and had! So easy to make and put together. And the results are amazing Flavor! I personally think using the Focaccia Bread and Arugula makes this burger what it is.. Don't substitute if you don't have to. I also make sweet potato fries to use up the leftover Aioli.....YUM!

This was by the far the tastiest burger I have ever had. It was incredibly easy to make, and everything went together wonderfully. I have had a lot of different types of burgers, but again, this was the best I've ever had. Definitely making this one again!

These are absolutely delicious. I am normally not a huge burger fan but I was really craving one so I decided to give this a try. The only modification I made is I used cremini mushrooms instead of big portabellos, and I sauted them in olive oil with a little bit of onion instead of grilling (I think that gave them a little more flavor. I also used a stove top grill and that worked out great.

Simple ingredients that blend together perfectly! I actually used this recipe to create a new recipe- instead of a hamburger, I grounded the beef and made it into a pita with the toppings and beef inside.
