Being Italian (from Italy hamburgers are not really my thing, but I loved this recipe. Very easy and quick, and very very tasty..in a different way.
I added some Worchestire sauce and it gave a nice twist. Loved it. Ottima ricetta Giada!

This is the best burger that I can remember. It's so juicy and tasty. The sauce really makes a difference.

Burgers were plain, but the aioli was great. I use the aioli for sandwiches.

We found this to be a tasty alternative to our 'regular' hamburger. The garlic mayo was a nice touch. This is on our menu list now.

this was a very nice change for a hamburger. I made it for my husband who is just a meat and potato man and he loved it and wanted another one.

These burgers were pretty yummy. The garlic mayonnaise was quite strong since it was made with raw garlic. My meat always takes longer to cook than most of the recipes I've gotten from Food Network say it does. I've only made these burgers one time and it's been several months ago, so I don't know for sure if I could call it a keeper recipe; don't let this alter your decision to make them. They are good! My husband liked them, too. Giada has so many wonderful recipes; I really haven't come across a bad one yet. Her recipes are wonderful!
