These were so delicious! We bought tri-tip beef from a good meat counter, which cost us 8 bucks per pound as opposed to 25 for the tenderloin. The meat was tender and juicy. Everyone loved these!

My family loved these kabobs. Quite delicious!! We made it as the recipes calls and also did chicken. The marinade/ dipping sauce is very good! Will make again.

This looks delicious. Would also be great with some grilled peaches and mint!

This recipe was delicious. The parsley sauce was light and tasty. The pineapple was perfect with it. I am making it again this week-end for our guests. Thanks once again Giada for a great dish!!

What a great way to use a very expensive cut of meat! I did this for a party of 10. For variety, I did skewers with shrimp. I recommend fresh off the grill. Don't keep in the oven - dries out too fast.

We had this last night for dinner. Very good and easy to make. Only change I made was using Cilantro instead of Parsley. It's a keeper recipe.

The marinade/dipping sauce was delicious... I will make this again. I used ribeye and it was a little dried out. The meat Giada recommended was way too expensive for my budget ($24 lb.
