This was delicious! Served it during a Giants game this season and everyone LOVE it! I used sirlion and cut into chucks, I also broiled them instead b/c it was a little to cold out to grill. I am making it again but going to use as a main entree instead this time.

I enjoy flavors of fruit and meat together, and this one is great. Very easy from start to finish. Although next time I may use curly parsley because I just don't care too much for the taste of the flat leaf, but that's just me. BTW Giada and other FoodNetwork chefs, we out here in average personville aren't always able to walk in and ask the butcher to cube our beef, let alone call ahead of time as you did in the video, they would probably want to chop my head off. LOL

Almost passed by this one because of the mixed reviews, so glad I didn't! Served this at a New Year's Eve weekend gathering and it was such a hit. Great flavor. Will definitely make again. Suggest making a double batch of the sauce -- first batch for the marinade, and second batch to serve as a dipping sauce.

Fair to good dish with the same fair to good sauce. I like it but I don't know that I'd make it more than once a year. I made a few changes to my liking but that's what cooking is all about. I'm not a follower. I don't rave about the foods I just give my honest opinion. Not every dish is four or five stars folks. Start using your taste buds.

These are really tasty! The chimichurri sauce really contrasts with the sweetness of the pineapple.

These were great!!! Had some friends over for dinner one night and I made these and Floribbean shrimp on skewers. They loved it, and said they couldn't top that meal.

Not really sure why this recipe got some negative reviews. The flavor is what made it so good. I made it this weekend and had some friends over and everybody raved about it. Don't skimp on the meat and I added red onion. It was wonderful and will be a go to recipe. Thanks Giada for another winner!
