Very good & easy to prepare. A great dinner for guests, you can have the skewers ready to pop on the grill and it looks (and tastes impressive. I add red onion & green pepper to mine for a little more variety. Even great as leftovers, if you have any! :

I have fixed it yet but intend to in the next few days.
I think it will be really good, and I have lots of flat-leaf parsley still growing in the garden.

This recipe is so easy to make, yet so delicious. The first time I made it, I did exactly what the recipe says, and it was awesome. Even my extremely picky husband said it was wonderful. The second time, I used the same mixture to marinate steak/mushroom/pepper, and made them into skewers. They came out so nice, my family was fighting over them. The third time, still the same mixture, this time I marinated chicken thighs and grilled them. They were still great and tasty. Seems like this mixture just goes with everything wonderfully. Definitely a summer must-try.

This is my ultimate favorite dish to make for special occasions. They are beautiful, and so yummy! We've made these several times with both beef and pork. It always turns out perfect. The parsley sause always makes my mouth water when I'm making it. So good!!!

I was skeptical of the parsley sauce, but was amazed at the flavor the sauce packed. It was incredible! I grilled the kabobs and added some red and orange peppers. We used the leftover marinade for dipping the kabobs and also crusty bread. YUM!! I used sirloin--was what I had on hand. I will be making this again this weekend and will try the tenderloin this time. Definitely a keeper.

This was so good! Very good flavor and the meat just melts in your mouth. My husband loved it and so did my 6 year old. Will definitely make this again.

Made these last weekend and they were gobbled up. I used sirloin. Perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

Easy and so tasty especially with the pineapple, I used a fresh one and cut the cubes of steak on the big side as to not overcook them and they came out rare to med rare and everyone thought they they were at a restaurant the smell from BBQ was so good. Thanks Giada and it's definitely a keeper.

I know it's a lot of work to get out the food processor to make a marinade but it is sooo worth it in this recipe. I've never tasted anything so packed with wonderful flavor. I tried the marinade in chicken and that was good too but nothing compared to the beef pops and pineapple. You have to have the pineapple with it, I just used the canned kind and it went perfectly.
