I highly recommend making this dish. The sauce is fresh and simple and throughout dinner we were brainstorming other ways to use it! I think I used a little less olive oil then the recipe called for. I just kept adding it in until it reached a consistency I wanted.

I took the easy way suggested by another reviewer and made the parsley sauce as a marinade for steak tenderloin. When I finished making the sauce I tasted it and was very skeptical that it would live up to the 'hype' in the reviews.
Was I ever wrong. The sauce was awesome. When we finished using it as a steak sauce we used it as a dip for flatbread. Left overs were used as a condiment on turkey and cheese sandwiches. I'm looking forward to trying it on salmon. I'm sure I will make the sauce several times this year.

My dear sweet mother garnished EVERYTHING with parsley when I was growing up, so I was a bit weary of this recipe....but I was exercising when I watched Giada make these and became convinced I should try them out. Wow. They were absolutely delicious!!!!!!! The sugar/salt combo combined with the rest of the ingredients goes perfectly with the beef. Nice way to try something different with steak. Great for dinner OR a party.

The pops are amazing! The succulent beef and bright pineapple combo is a fresh alternative to liven up any party. Easy to serve and eat. Just make sure to soak your skewers first before grilling, (I put mine in red wine. So good!

We L. O. V. E. D. this. I knew I loved a combination of beef and pineapple, but the marinade just pushed this over the top. So good! Just a hint of garlic and a a tiny tease of heat from the red pepper flakes - tons of freshness from the parsley and a smooth, buttery finish from the olive oil. We couldn't get enough of the parsley sauce - as the meal progressed we were trying to get more and more of the sauce on to each bite! I could eat this every single day...

This is an amazing recipe. It is very, very tasty and comes together quickly. Next time I'm just going to marinate steaks instead of doing kabobs which are fun but time consuming. Excellent.

This dish was delightfully easy to make and had a very unique taste! The blend of cool parsley, tasty olive oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic made very tasty and satisfying marinade for the beef and pineapple. I made a couple of skewers of green peppers and red onions to go along with the dish and served it with brown rice. I used fresh pineapple chunks from the produce section.
