I made this for a wedding shower brunch. It was a hit! Everyone loved it! The blueberry was more work than it was worth, however. I would leave that flavor out next time.

I prepare the strawberry bellini for a friends birthday party, and it was the hit of the night. Thank you Giada!

I wasn't a big fan of Bellini's until I made these for a party! They're delicious, the fresh fruit puree makes all the difference!!

made this for a ladies brunch. I used champagne. It was supringly affordable. I used a relatively inexpensive champagne. It can be messy to prepare and does take some time. have a garbage bowl around!Very very good!

This was an easy and very delicious drink that we made after a dinner party in place of dessert. You can use regular champagne or sparkling wine in place of the prosecco, just be careful pouring wine; prosecco has lower amount of bubbles than sparkling wine or regular champagne.

A lovely and festive drink to serve at our shower! Of course, everyone had to have at least three to try each of the fruit choices. We had incredibly complimentary feedback for this and other recipies from the Italian Wedding Shower episode.
