    I brought this to a brunch and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Everyone loved it. I just used blueberries and it turned out awesome.

    Very good but you may want to measure out the bread as four slices made it slightly soupy. Will make it again!!

    Very good! Perfect for a brunch party or a quick breakfact with the family.
    My family loved this recipe. I prepared it the night before, baked and served it for breakfast the next day with wipped cream on top.

    I will fix again but would prefer it a little sweeter...I did sprinkle sugar over the top...and put under broiler for a few.

    I'm not a big fan of ricotta cheese, but somehow, this recipe just works. All the flavours blend together, it's just amazing! It was a huge hit with my guests :
