This recipe was very easy to make. And used very little added sugar or sweetners.

Although it was an easy dish to make it had a disconcerting texture and left you wanting something else instead. If I were to make it again, I would suggest the following - Leave the crust off your bread slices and place it in a larger and flatter pan in order to ensure it gets a crisper texture.

not very sweet and also soggy. Tried baking longer, but did not seem to help. Agree that is more like a breakfast food than a dessert.

I saw this episode and was amazed at how easy this recipe was! I'm not much of a cook or baker, but have been dying to try it. I did change it up and used 2% milk and part-skim ricotta, also adding sourdough bread, and got great compliments for it! It's not too sweet and it's very tasteful. Thanks Giada!!

I changed the recipe a little, and instead of using frozen fruits. I used fresh ones that I cooked up to the point that they were in their own sauce. Plus the original recipe. It was a complete hit.

This was delicious - I used reduced fat ricotta and it still tasted wonderful!
