I watched the show and made the recipe that day - inviting friends over in the process. It is easy to make. It is such a different salad - I have raved about it for days and forwarded the email to several friends.

giada this was a dish the kids lived plus the second time i made it i took 'it to a pot luck and it was gone befor i knew it!!!!!!

Giada, this was a great side dish with the fajitas. It is wonderful when you please the kids. It is not an easy task.

I tried this recipe over the weekend, OMG! it is bursting with flavor. Even my husband who never like tomatoes love the flavor of this recipe. Giada you are my FAVORITE food network chef.

This side dish was not good. I did not like the dressing. I tasted the dish before adding the dressing and it was tastier without, and perhaps would have been a good garnish for fajitas. It was just not a good flavor combinationt. I will not make this again.

I gave this recipe a try, thinking that I wouldn't like it but I did...I chilled the dressing and waited for the Salad to get a little cold on it's own...I would make it again...

This was a great addition to the chicken and steak Fajitas! Everyone loved it and I made the recipe actually as it was written. Thanks Giada! The Italian Chef goes Mexican! Love it!

Made this exactly from recipe, as I do when making something for the first time. Oh wait! I can't find agave syrup where I live so had to sub honey. OMG was this good! Alittle spice, a little sweet, and the jicama gave it a nice crunch. I could have eaten the whole bowl! AND I can't wait ti try it chilkled. I think this would make an awesome item at a potluck. I think everyone would ask for the recipe.
