Delish!!! I made the simple syrup with 1 cup of sugar rather than 2 cups. I only added half a cup of the simple syrup to the pitcehr and it was sweet enough. Perfect, but it is very thick at first so you may not need ice until the pitcher comes to room temp.

LOVED these! I used about 3/4 cup of the syrup and a little less mint for my taste. I plan on making these for Valentine's Day :

Incredible, great for summer, very refreshing. However, very sweet. I think I may try it with strawberries.

Could someone tell me if you used frozen sweet cherries or frozen tart cherries?

A couple of weeks ago I went with half the simple syrup from the recipe and thought it was great. I am going to try a quarter of the simple syrup today and see how it goes as I don't need all that sugar. I wouldn't change anything else.

This drink is DELICIOUS! Exactly as the recipe instructs! I made a batch with frozen cherries, then tried another batch with fresh cherries. I actually prefer the frozen cherries because it gave the drink a slushy-like texture, whereas the batch with fresh cherries was liquid with cherry pieces to chew on. Not as pleasant as the slushy version. It isn't a girly drink either- all the men at the party loved them as well!

i did use less simple syrup from the start, but also should have cut back on the mint, that's all we taste! but added more lime juice and added coconut rum in addition to the cup of regular and Perfecto!

I loved this drink but there was way too much simple syrup , I would cut the amount in half. My guests enjoyed it after the modification of sweetness!

Loved it! I read the reviews on halving the syrup and then forgot to do it! Great but sweet. The next time I will half the syrup, add more rum and lime juice. Heaven in a glass!
