This was super easy and super tasty! Be careful though - my husband got really, really buzzed halfway through his first glass. Definitely would serve this again.

This is really refreshing. Since I don't drink I substituted sparkling mineral water for the proseco and it came out nice. What a tang!

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone couldn't get enough! I love taste of this drink...not too sweet, not too tart...just right. I even put a few pomegranate seeds floating in the glass...

This is SO good! It seems so obvious to put these things together like this, but I am sure glad that Giada did! I served it at an event and it was a hit! Really light and refreshing!

I normally am not a fan of a mimosa. However Giada's combination of pomegranate, orange juice and prosecco is slightly tart instead of sweet. This is an easy recipe and very enjoyable.

I felt that the pomegranate juice in this drink was too strong and tart. Maybe if you used a pomeganate blueberry or pomegranate mango juice it wouldn't be so strong. I would reduce the pomegranate juice by 1/2. I also used Sprite instead of champagne because I am pregnant. I would try again with a few changes.
