This had a really good flavor. I read all the reviews before making this and they all said it was icy. So I did some research and found a blog that suggested adding 2 T. of Vodka to frozen yogurt and it really worked. I also froze it in an ice cream maker just because I thought it was weird not to. The only thing I will change next time will be to strain the mixture before freezing. I had way too many seeds in my teeth.

Just awful... the texture was bad and there was no need for the thyme.

Way way way too sweet, thyme didn't go well with it and bad texture. Not my favorite recipe of hers that's for sure!!

Bad! Really Bad! Flavor was terrible, you could taste the "fake" background of agave. Does not freeze properly, turns into ice. Just an all around bad recipe.

Flavor is great. But all the other reviews are true. Gets very icy. Mine actually froze solid and i had to put in the refrigerator just to soften it enough to eat. And I did exactly what Giada said and used a glass container. Very disappointed.

Great recipe, I used an ice cream machine and it turned out a great consistancy, but after I froze it it did turn a little bit icy. The flavor is great though, I will definatly make it again!

I love Giada, but this recipe is not good. It takes a while, and as another commenter noted, it becomes very icy after it's been frozen. Though the true let down is the end result... it was boring and I thought the Thyme flavor came on too strong. Skip the sauce and you're better off mixing the ingredients in a bowl or blended into a smoothie.

I thought it was really good. It didn't have the texture like Giada's. It was icy, but I could still scoop it once I broke through the ice. My two year old daughter loved it and I will make it again for her. :

I made this recipe last night, and was really disappointed when I tried it. The texture was hard and icy, and the flavor wasn't especially pleasant. Such a bummer, since it looked great on the show!
