My wife made it for the first time--I sure hope it won't be the last.

THANK YOU for this fantastic recipe. I lost the one I had years ago, but this is similar. I made this in the crockpot instead of the oven.

This was delicious, not to mention easy to make! It took me back to a little girl with my grandmother and mom making Braciole. My husband is a picky eater...and went for seconds!!!!

Why someone would rate this 5stars then go on to tell how they totally re-vamped it is strange. I made it right with Giada (big fan but this was the least flavorful entree' I've made with her. Add pine nuts, a hint more garlic or shreaded onion, and maybe some raisins.

I decided to improvise and it turned out fantastic. I had procuitto in the house so I laid a couple slices over the meat and then put the filling on top which I added a box of frozen spinach along with the parsely and I must say the added flavors of the procuitto and spinach was unbelievable. My family could not stop eating, and none was leftover!

This recipe is easy and wonderful.Though it takes time it is defineitely worth it.sliced up on a platter it makes a nice presentation. I double the marinara recipe and freeze it for other recipes.

I made two Braciole for my sister and her family. They loved it so much that there was only 2 very small pieces left. We reheated it the next day and it was even better. Next time I will make it a day ahead and reheat. Keep up the great recipes.
